just tried using mjmd5 and xlite client.. and bingo works perfectly.. here is what i did...

1. got the password from here.
2. downloaded http://magicjackhacks.com/downloads/MJMD5.exe from the download section.
3. Run MJMD5 and enter the information (look at the impage)

4. open xlite client (i'm using xlite beta) and click on xlite-account seettings and enter the information

5. once you click on ok it should take some time and boom, you are connected.

Note: make sure you open your port in the firewall/router.
